All grillz, chains, and watches are custom-made. Once an order is placed and payment is received, production begins immediately. For this reason, all custom orders are final and non-refundable.

3. Shipping & Delivery

Shipping times may vary depending on the product and customization. You will receive an estimated timeline when placing your order. MotionMan Grillz is not responsible for delays caused by carriers or customs.

Due to the nature of custom jewelry, we do not offer returns or exchanges on custom-made products unless there is a verified error on our part.
